You are Captain Carnage and the President has asked you for a favor. You must destroy the well-defended, bio-nuclear research facility being used by General Akhboob, evil ruler of Kookistan, to create dangerous mutant life forms. You've also got hostages to rescue and the General himself to deal with. You will fight your way through three battlefields in pursuit of the demonic general. With the aid of a lot of bombs and missiles, you are going to dodge land mines, flamethrowers, toxic slime, runaway jeeps and nuclear time bombs.
